fix(postinst): robust PORTS handling and port conflict warning

- Use single-line PORTS = [4386] in configuration-default.py template
- Replace fragile shell grep/sed with Python regex for PORTS update
  (handles both single-line and multi-line formats correctly)
- Fix DISPLAY_PORT extraction to handle multi-line PORTS definitions
- Add runtime warning when the configured port appears to be in use
