fix(dinoweights): move module out of /v2/ namespace (#67)

Module path changes from github.com/ajdnik/imghash/v2/dinoweights to
github.com/ajdnik/imghash/dinoweights so the release-please tag
dinoweights/vX.Y.Z resolves under Go's submodule tagging convention.
The previous path put /v2/ mid-path, which made Go look for the tag
v2/dinoweights/vX.Y.Z and fail to fetch dinoweights/v1.1.0.

Also fixes stale doc comments in dinoweights.go that referenced a
nonexistent v2/dinohash subpackage (the API lives in package imghash)
and updates wiki docs to the new import path.
