Merge branch 'feature/js-scrollbars' into develop

* feature/js-scrollbars:
  This is a horrible hack and I'm not convinced it will work in all situations but without the sidebars aren't initialised on first page load :(
  Not needed
  Don't scroll the sidebar to the top
  Shouldn't be called when view will be transitioned
  Should improve perf
  Missing onViewLoad calls
  Ensure we always scroll to the top of the page on view load
  Add mouse wheel dependency, otherwise you can't actually scroll without clicking and dragging the scrollbar
  Add perfect scrollbar dependencies
  Make sure all the routes call onViewLoad
