feat(api): re-export common certificate and source types

Re-export Certificate, PrivateKey, BundleSource, and SvidSource at the crate
root so users can import common public API types from spiffe directly. Update
docs, examples, and tests to use the shorter paths, and remove duplicated
crate-level quick-start examples.

This is additive; existing module paths continue to work.
