* * tune `content` parameter `attr` type
* * type casts
* `urwid.str_util`: cast return types of deprecated methods
* `urwid.util`:
* * `rle_product` need to annotate return type detail (but no generic functions in old python versions)
* `urwid.text_latyout`
* * `calc_line_pos` - extract case for literal `pref_col` to the separate private function
