feat(spaces): raise member name limit to 255 characters

Member names — set via invite and accept-invite — were capped at the
shared NAME_MAX_LENGTH (30). Introduce a dedicated
MEMBER_NAME_MAX_LENGTH (255) for member names, apply it to the member
schema, invite/accept-invite DTOs and the members.name column (with a
migration), while keeping the space name limit at 30.
