tests: reach 100% coverage of attach, detach, and the loader

Rework the mock layer around a reset-able g_mock state so tests can drive
every failure path, and model DiskArbitration callbacks as deferred work the
fake run loop delivers (matching the real asynchronous behaviour).

- test_attach: skip-verify, DiskImages failure, and success with and without
  an out-parameter.
- test_detach: force, unmount and eject dissents, run-loop timeout, an
  unresolvable target, and a failed session.
- test_loader: direct tests of diskimages_loader_init/dispose, covering the
  NULL-api, bundle, symbol-missing, and dispose branches.
- test_print: entity formatting and all three cf_string_to_c outcomes.
