chore: gitignore local artifacts (dependencies.lock, .claude/) (#494)

- dependencies.lock: re-generated each build, stamped with the last-built target:, so it churns on every board switch; the only managed dep (espressif/mdns) is pinned by its manifest range (~1.11.0 in breadboard's bb_mdns), which lets patch fixes flow in

- .claude/: untrack the leaked personal settings.local.json and ignore the whole dir (worktrees were already ignored)
