feat: make slopd's tmux session name configurable

The tmux session slopd manages was hardcoded as "slopd"; it can now be set via [tmux] session (default still "slopd"). config.tmux.session() is threaded through every session target — create/has-session, new-window, list-panes, set-option, and tmux hook registration — across startup, recovery, reconcile, and the run handler. Mainly useful for running more than one slopd instance against the same tmux server.

`slopctl run --interactive` reads the configured session for both the default attach command and the {{session}} substitution, so interactive run keeps working under a custom session name.

Covered by a unit test (session() default vs configured) and an integration test that runs slopd under a custom [tmux] session and confirms panes land there while the default "slopd" session is never created.
