Support legacy template schema inclusion

Accept templates[].schemas as a compatibility input by resolving the listed schema paths against configured namelist schema entries and converting them to the same loaded namelist representation used by profile and namelists-based templates.

Reject mixed schemas/profile/namelists configurations, keep output deprecated, and document the compatibility behavior with focused config loader tests.
