2.18.0: adaptive (gap/otsu) signature cutoffs for variable small high-cluster selection (#139)

call_positive gains method={quantile,gap,otsu}: gap cuts at the largest drop in the top of the sorted scores, otsu at the bimodal split — variable, usually-small count tracking the cluster above the rest. Works on any score Series (cells or per-clone scores). +6 tests.
