utils.run_metadata: revert package.json on _wiswa-only drift

After writing the `_wiswa` run-metadata block, restore `package.json`
from `HEAD` when that block is the only change, so the incidental
`lastRun` and `version` churn no longer shows up as a diff. This mirrors
the existing `uv.lock` revert in intent.

Unlike the `uv.lock` path, the predicate is applied even when
`package.json` is the only changed file: `package.json` carries real
project configuration that a regen may legitimately update, so it is
restored only when the diff is confined to the `_wiswa` object. The
predicate is nesting-aware (it tracks the enclosing top-level key) so a
change to the top-level `version`, which shares a name with
`_wiswa.version`, does not trigger a revert.
