feat(webui): knot peer cards with live per-peer stats (#474)

- replace the knot table with a full-width row per miner: board-color dot,
  hostname (link) + IP, status dot, then board · firmware, and right-aligned
  shares + hashrate
- per-peer stats come from the browser fanning out to each peer's own
  /api/stats (no server-side aggregation on the ESP32). Decoupled cadences:
  peer list (/api/knot) every 60s, stats every 8s; values stay put across
  refreshes (no loading flash)
- filter out the current host; restore the board/status legend
- board dot color is derived from the board name (stable hash) so a new board
  needs no code change
- mining status dot opts into the shared .pulse animation
