Introduce excerpt

Text nodes can have excerpts.

When excerpt exists, gray-matter includes it in content too
(https://github.com/jonschlinkert/gray-matter/issues/186).
So, it had to be manually replaced out.

Add a basic case for excerpt in parseTextEntry.spec

Add excerpt field to ContentEditor
