feat(search): Index::search_candidates — seed from the k rarest trigrams

Idea-2 core: intersect only the k rarest of a query's trigram postings (by size)
to get a superset of the strict-AND result, which the caller verifies against
each candidate's stored text — skipping the common trigrams' multi-MB postings.
Synthetic test proves seed-from-rarest + verify == full AND (false positives
dropped, scattered-trigram matches kept).
