Replace `is` with `==` in invalid code examples (#16331)

These examples _used_ to return referentially identical objects, but
since `Parameter` moved to Rust space and its Python wrapper is
regenerated on the fly, it no longer does.  The `uuid` attribute is
equal though, and they compare equal, which is the important thing.

The same is true, or likely will be true in the future, for the other
changes here.
