fix(tests): restore auth.cy.js afterEach + chain cy.wait through Cypress queue

- auth.cy.js: add afterEach Radio.stopReplying so the per-test override
  doesn't leak into other specs in the same component-test run. (The
  earlier removal was over-corrective; with only one spec there's no
  false-pass risk from the cleanup.)
- response-cache.cy.js: replace the prior pattern of returning
  Radio.request(...).then(...) with cy.wait inside the .then, and use
  cy.wrap(Radio.request(...)).then(...) followed by cy.wait — keeps
  everything in the Cypress command queue instead of mixing raw-Promise
  and Cypress flows.
