fix(mdns): size TXT pending buffer + adopt breadboard v0.41.2 (#446)

- re-pin breadboard v0.41.1 -> v0.41.2 (mDNS batch-flush txt fix + OTA recv-buf Kconfig)
- set CONFIG_BB_MDNS_TXT_PENDING_MAX=8 (we publish 5 pre-start TXT keys; default 4 dropped one)
- S2: set CONFIG_BB_OTA_PUSH_RECV_BUF_SIZE=4096 (1024 stalled the push on the single-core part)
- S2: drop the ineffective CONFIG_BB_MDNS_AUTOREGISTER=n + misleading comment (mDNS is kept; main.c inits it on the mdns_en flag)
