Commit Message

Reduce log level of plasTeX internal bookkeeping.

Things like newcommand/pushing and popping the stack. This should make
DEBUG logs more useful. If you need that level of detail, go down one
more level in the configuration.

Also properly subclass the logger class from the currently configured
logger class, don't hardcode it.
