* docs(dosespot): add Step 2 and Step 4 prescriber login sections and registration statuses reference

- Add `### Step 2: Prescriber Signs Legal Agreement` section with numbered steps and expected status
- Add `### Step 4: Prescriber Completes Identity Verification (IDP)` section with numbered steps and expected status
- Replace collapsed `<details>` registration status list in Bot Response table with a link to a new `### Registration Statuses` subsection
- Add `### Registration Statuses` table mapping all 12 statuses to meaning and next action
