fix: set runAsUser 0 and init chmod for smb-server /storage permission

The dockurr/samba image creates a samba user at uid=1000 and attempts
to chown /storage, but the hostPath directory may be owned by root with
restricted permissions. Add initContainer to chmod 777 /storage before
the samba container starts, ensuring the samba process can access it.
