* better error checking around ~/src/oref0/

* ~/ paths have to be expanded manually

* change all ~ to /home/sleibrand, and update/clone /home/sleibrand/src/mmeowlink/

* hide scary fatal errors from git status; temporarily use oref0-setup branch

* fix directory already exists check

* use dev branch again

* fix carelink/mmeowlink check

* add interactive setup; split refresh-loops.json into $type.json files

* npm run global-install if necessary; die on errors

* run nightscout autoconfigure-device-crud and use oref0_glucose_since

* use -n and print $NIGHTSCOUT_HOST

* ignore errors deleting nonexistent ns device

* typo

* add pump mmeowlink even if carelink pump already exists

* remove carelink pump if it already exists
