feat(audit-sync): lockstep taipan-cli to breadboard /api/update + /api/diag/boot (#20)

- ota/client: Check() → POST /api/update/check + poll /api/update/status
- ota/client: Trigger() → POST /api/update/apply
- ota/client: PollStatus() → GET /api/update/progress
- ota/client: FetchVersion() → GET /api/info (JSON .version)
- ota/client: WaitForBoot() → polls GET /api/health then GET /api/info
- discover/querier: drop /api/version fallback (removed endpoint)
- tests updated to new endpoints
