feat(audit-sync): lockstep TM webui+CLI to breadboard /api/update + /api/diag/boot (#426)

webui/miner:
- ping() → GET /api/health (was /api/version, now removed)
- kickOtaCheck() → POST /api/update/check (was GET /api/ota/check)
- triggerOtaUpdate() → POST /api/update/apply (was /api/ota/update)
- fetchOtaStatus() → GET /api/update/progress (was /api/ota/status)
- uploadOta() → POST /api/update/push (was /api/ota/push)
- checkDiagHeap() → GET /api/diag/heap?check=true; reads integrity_ok
- clearAbnormalResets + clearDiagPanic → collapse to clearDiagBoot (DELETE /api/diag/boot)
- add fetchDiagBoot() + DiagBoot interface for GET /api/diag/boot
- add markOtaValid() for POST /api/update/mark-valid
- e2e fixtures: drop /api/ota/* + /api/version; add /api/update/* paths

webui/prov:
- fetchScan() → POST /api/scan (was GET)
- fetchVersion() → GET /api/info + .version field (was GET /api/version plain text)

all tests updated to match new endpoints; 0 regressions
