Bump underscore and markdown-it in /benchmark/extra

Removes [underscore](https://github.com/jashkenas/underscore). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [markdown-it](https://github.com/markdown-it/markdown-it). These dependencies need to be updated together.

Updates `markdown-it` from 2.2.1 to 14.2.0
