docs(site): reflect landed paxos driver and correct ConsensusDriver trait (#397)

The Paxos explainer and how-it-works page framed the omnipaxos driver as
a future addition, but it has shipped: tsoracle-driver-paxos exists, with
paxos-standalone, paxos-piggyback, and paxos-embedded examples. Update the
copy to describe it as a real, available driver alongside the openraft one,
and drop the dangling reference to a not-yet-written "Wiring into omnipaxos"
post.

Separately, both consensus posts described the ConsensusDriver trait with
methods that no longer exist (propose_advance, await_commit, current_leader,
plus an associated Error type). The actual trait is leadership_events (a
LeaderState stream), load_high_water, and persist_high_water(at_least, epoch)
returning the durably-stored value. Replace the trait code block and prose
with the real shape, and update the narrative method-name references in the
raft post and the leader-handoff animation caption so the site no longer
names a method that does not exist.
