ls372: Make acq process robust to network disruptions (#775)

* Convert LS372 class to TCPInterface subclass

* Move wait for channel change to separate method

* Handle connection errors in acq process

* Reset on recv error

This clears the network buffer. If we don't clear the buffer we get the
response to the previous command when we reconnect. Since the agent sends many
different commands this will typically cause a crash when parsing this stale
response.
