improve default auth email copy (#2517)

## Summary

- align built-in Auth email fallback subjects and bodies with [the
hosted copywriting
pass](https://linear.app/supabase/document/email-template-copywriting-updates-04bba460fd2a)
- update README and env examples to match the new defaults
- remove OTP fallback copy from link-based default templates
