cruft: update

Wiswa regen pass driven by the appimage/pyinstaller/snap workflows
having been removed earlier:

- .github/workflows/publish.yml: drop AppImage and PyInstaller from
  required_workflows (the workflows no longer exist, so the gate would
  wait forever).
- .github/workflows/release.yml: same — remove AppImage and
  PyInstaller from required_workflows and from the workflow_run
  trigger list, leaving Publish as the sole required upstream.
- .claude/agents/wiswa-sync.md: scope the AppImage/PyInstaller
  managed-file note from want_main / has_multiple_entry_points to the
  more specific want_appimage / want_pyinstaller flags.
- .pre-commit-config.yaml: uv-pre-commit 0.11.15 → 0.11.16.
- CITATION.cff: date-released bumped to today (2026-05-22).
- package.json: refresh _wiswa.lastRun and version stamps.
- uv.lock: regenerated by the same pass.
