fix(server): replace leader-hint metadata-key expect with startup validation (#38)

`not_leader_status` no longer calls `expect("valid key")` on every
NOT_LEADER response. `leader_hint::validate_key` now runs first in
`ServerBuilder::build`, surfacing developer error as
`BuildError::InvalidLeaderHintKey` rather than a runtime panic. The
response path matches on `BinaryMetadataKey::from_bytes` and, on Err,
logs at `error!` and returns the Status without the trailer — the
client's retry loop already tolerates a missing hint by falling back to
round-robin over configured endpoints.
