feat: include notifier fingerprint in alert rows

QueryAlerts now computes the same fingerprint as the notifier dispatch
loop (sha256 of instrument_id|event_type|normalised_message|stage) and
returns it in each AlertRow. The silence checker already matches on this
fingerprint so UI-created silences now target the specific error pattern.
