- internal/{api,db,store}: "gateway metrics" → "herald metrics"
- internal/metrics: "end-to-end gateway processing" → herald
- internal/notifier/github: "gateway shutdown" → "herald shutdown"
- migrations/001, 006: schema/comment strings
- .gitignore: binary name gateway → herald
