fix(http): correct format verb from %ck to %v in scrapeHandler (#1122)

The format verb %ck in the error message for invalid target URLs
produces garbled output like:
  Invalid 'target' parameter, parse err: %!c(string=...)k

Fix to %v for correct error message display.
