Make "304 Not Modified" from cached responses if necessary (#10)

* fix conditional requests according to RFC7232

* optimized get_conditional_response()

* add If-None-Match/If-Match  to response's Vary if used in request

* use another time for cache hot test case

* added comment

* do not try to return "304 Not Modified" on Django 1.8 (it hasn't necessary code)
