Add Ouranos logo, add sphinx-autobuild, redesign gallery (#400)

### What kind of change does this PR introduce?

* The Ouranos logo and an acknowledgement statement has been added to
the README and the documentation landing page.
* The `examples` and `gallery` pages have been merged. The gallery has
been redesigned to make it more informative.
* The `make servedocs` command now uses `sphinx-autodoc`.

### Does this PR introduce a breaking change?

Yes. `sphinx-autodoc` has been added as a dev dependency for interactive
documentation rendering with `watchdog`.

### Other information:

The new Makefile command is now in the cookiecutter since it is much
more reliable than the original command. Adapted from `xclim`.
