refactor(web): make `Label--item` self-contained and drop redundant `Label--inline`

Move the form-fields cursor onto `Label--item` so the modifier no longer
relies on `Label--inline` for cursor styling. Update HTML examples and
READMEs across components to use `Label--item` alone wherever it
previously appeared alongside `Label--inline`.
