Multiple file extensions (#7)

* Add support for multiple file extensions (e.g. .react.js)

This brings behaviour in line with the default node.js require path
resolver by always attempting to append .js (or one of the other
requested file extensions such as .jsx) to the requested module path,
if the file would not exist otherwise.

* Bump to prerelease version for private npm
