feat(mining): SHA boot microbench on ESP32-D0 (DPORT backend) (#402)

Mirror the AHB backend's sha256_hw_microbench() on the DPORT path so
/api/stats.expected_ghs is populated on esp32-wroom32 builds. Runs 1000
SHA peripheral ops at boot, computes us/op + kH/s ceiling, logs a single
"HW SHA microbench" line, and feeds mining_set_sha_microbench().

Wired into sha256_hw_dport_boot_probes() under the existing SHA lock so
no callsite changes are needed. Verified on .81: expected_ghs ≈ 420 kH/s.
