Fix test_templates_nofilename to use templatedir.parent for FTEMPLATES_DIR

The previous code set FTEMPLATES_DIR=outdir, which broke when the template
cache (FTEMPLATES_CACHE_DIR) redirects templatedir away from outdir. Using
templatedir.parent is correct in both cases: without caching it equals
outdir, with caching it equals the cache root.
