feat: initialize event lifecycle implementation (#84)

### New Features
* Container supports PSR-14 event dispatching with configurable listener providers and injectable dispatchers.
* Events can intercept and modify service registration and resolution flows.

### Refactor
* Automatic container injection for service entries moved out of core resolution and is now handled via events.

### Chores
* Added runtime dependency on PSR event-dispatcher.

### Tests
* Tests updated to cover event-driven registration and resolution behaviors.
