chore(deps): drop ingitdb-cli replace — consuming published v1.9.0

ingitdb/ingitdb-cli v1.9.0 ships the upstream changes db-copy depends on:

  - record CRUD with file locking (Insert / Get / RunReadwriteTransaction
    / ExecuteQueryToRecordsReader)
  - auto-register collections in .ingitdb/root-collections.yaml from
    CreateCollection, deregister from DropCollection
  - dbschemaTypeToIngitdb maps Decimal → Float and Bytes → String (lossy
    carriers for cross-engine schema replication)

All three sibling deps (dalgo2sql v0.5.0, dalgo2sqlite v0.0.1,
ingitdb-cli v1.9.0) now ship the changes via tagged releases. No replace
directives needed in go.mod.

Live binary verified against the published v1.9.0:
  $ datatug db copy --from sqlite://./chinook.db --to ingitdb:///tmp/proj
  db copy: replicated schema for 11/11 collections (0 skipped),
  copied 15607 rows

Full repo: 27 packages green.
