fix: slider overlap text labels in collapsed time widget (#3437)

* style: update layout and spacing for time range and timeline sliders

- Adjusted ANIMATION_CONTROL_STYLE to remove padding and margin.
- Modified SliderWrapper margins and added padding for better alignment.
- Introduced displayValue0 and displayValue1 for improved value handling in TimelineSlider.

* fix: capitalize localization strings for consistency

- Updated the capitalization of several localization strings in the English translation file to ensure uniformity in presentation.
