perf: fuse teamRating two-pass into a single reduce (#976)

teamRating computed Σμ and Σσ² as separate `team.map(...).reduce(sum, 0)`
chains — four intermediate arrays per team, per rate() call. Replace
both branches (BALANCE off and on) with a single reduce that accumulates
both sums in one traversal. Behavior unchanged.
