## Description

Improves docs copy, link validation, and local quality checks so the
documentation site is easier to maintain and test.

### Added

- Focused docs quality tests for known typo patterns, boilerplate
descriptions, placeholder domains, and internal links.
- Pre-commit hooks for file hygiene and targeted docs validation.

### Updated

- Cleaned stale docs language, metadata descriptions, footer links, and
build/test workflow behavior.
- Hardened `lastUpdated` handling to avoid broad date churn from
all-files hook runs.
