* Reapply "Add --max-retries option for automatic retry of failed brute force requests"

This reverts commit 3fa910787.

* Update retry logging to use WPScan::ParsedCli.verbose? for better verbosity control

* Remove unused retry_key variable

* Clean up retry_count when password found and prevent redundant retries

* Extract LoginAttempt and ProgressTracker classes to reduce parameter complexity

* Fix progress bar counting to only track first attempt per user/password

* Skip error handling when password already found for user
