* ETT-569 Alma holdings export XML parser should handle mapping conditions
- Add `map_condition` method to `HTRecord` in imitation of existing `map_status`.
- Add `HTRecord` to `ex_libris_holdings_xml_parser_spec.rb` with test for new method.
  - Having this should kickstart work on `ETT-35`
- Add sample `BRT` and `LM` entries to monograph fixture input and expected output.
- After consultation with reporter, also map XML `LOST_ILL` to our `LM`
  - Add tests for `HTRecord.status`
