docs(marketing): use canonical "Fluent Bit" branding

Two stragglers in marketing templates spelled the product as
"FluentBit" (image alt text on the logo card, and "our FluentBit
config" in pricing copy). The canonical name is two words per
fluentbit.io and the CNCF project listing, matching the rest of
the codebase (no_logs_modal, ingestion docs).
