namer: rename hash path marker from "hash" to "hashes"

The hash key path marker changes from `/hash/` to `/hashes/` across both
DefaultNamer and LayeredNamer (including unnamed and compact variants).
The reserved-marker check on `objectLocation` and the unnamed-mode
reserved-first-segment guard now reject `hashes` instead of `hash`.

Breaking change: keys written by prior versions under `/hash/...` will
not parse with the new namer; operators upgrading must migrate stored
keys to the new prefix.
