use HttpError.from() for in-body errors and rename constructor scope

Bump @stores.com/http-error to ~1.1.0 so HttpError.from() handles the
errors[] aggregation internally; the in-body errors branch collapses to
'throw await HttpError.from(res)'.

Rename the constructor's merged-args binding to _options so the public
method parameters can use the natural 'options' name.
