rename mocked test to match HttpError throw and assert error shape

The in-body errors test still asserted only on err.message, so it kept
passing even though the thrown type changed. Rename it to reflect HttpError
and add assertions on err.name and err.json so a regression to plain Error
would actually fail the test.
